Return/exchange eligibility

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, tears, etc. for a refund

• Return/Exchange is within 14 days of the date of receiving your package.

• All garments must be returned in their original packaging.

Shipping your return/exchange

You can ship the item back using the original packaging (customer is responsible for shipping costs).

• After shipping costs are paid, we email a copy of your shipping label

• Print out the shipping label and drop it off at any USPS dropbox

Receiving your refund/exchange

After receiving your items, they are inspected to ensure that they are in sellable condition.

• If it’s an exchange, your replacement item will be sent out once the inspection is approved.

• For refunds, it can take 3 to 10 business days for funds to return to your account (excluding original shipping charges).
